These draft terms cover use of the website only. Project quotations, samples, tooling, production, payment, delivery and intellectual property should be governed by a separate written agreement.

Website content

Website materials are provided for general information. Capabilities, minimum quantities and lead times vary by product and are confirmed only in a written quotation.

Submitted materials

You must have the right to share any design, reference image, trademark or other material submitted for evaluation. Submission does not transfer ownership unless separately agreed.

Quotations

A website inquiry is not an order or production commitment. Pricing and schedules become valid only after specifications are reviewed and confirmed in writing.

Confidentiality

An NDA may be arranged before detailed or commercially sensitive design files are shared.
